Calcium is back in organic drinks!

On 22nd October 2026 the Court of Justice gave judgment in Lima (Case C-295/25). It answers a question the organic plant-drink sector has asked since Natumi in 2021: can a certified organic ingredient that is naturally rich in calcium deliver calcium in an organic food?
